Our Vision
At Debra Perry & Jaidyn's Call, we aim to always be ministry minded and we are, but what most people don't realize is there is a business element to a Fulltime ministry. Churches and venues don't seem to want to justify paying a groups "FLAT FEE" to come minister at their church or venue. The reality is, there are expenses. We have put together a little summary of what our ministry's expenses are so you, the Pastor or Minister of Music can exactly see why we have budget cost.

Our Expenses
These items are paid out every week, regardless if the group sings or not.
Bus payment/insurance - $1049 monthly
$262.25 per week
Payroll - $900 per week
Recording Costs -
$300.00 per week
Radio Promotion -
$90.00 per week

Breakdown of expenses
(These figures are based on a per week basis when the group is on the road singing)
Food - $225 per weekend - Based on 3 concerts per week.
Dry Cleaning -
$75.00 per week
Maintenance -
$300 - generator oil service ($75 per week)
$40 a month for Engine service average ($10 per week)
$100 per week for Salaried singer.
Fuel - 6 mpg - Diesel averaging $5.25 per gallon currently. $1.00 per mile.
Example: round trip 600 miles
600/6mpg is 100 gallons
100 gallons X $5.25 per gallon average =
$525 fuel per weekend based off of 600 mile round trip from Dawsonville, Ga.
